While it is life’s greatest gift, Motherhood is an exhausting journey that can feel lonely, overwhelming and non-st0p.
The Renewal Retreat has been created with the intention to provide a much needed break in a safe, loving, and cozy container .
In the span of 6 hours, we’ll share our experiences, learn some life-changing emotional practices, restore our bodies with gentle Yin Yoga, relax into custom Sound Healing, enjoy a nourishing meal and uplift each other.
